The C64 Arcade is a private fan project. Playing needs no sign-up and no cookies.

What is stored when you ask for the cheats?
- your e-mail address and the language you used
- whether you want news (only if you tick the box)
- when you asked, confirmed and when mails were sent
- a one-way hash of your IP address, so nobody can abuse the form for spam
What for?
To send you the link to the cheats. If you ticked news, we write rarely, for example when a new game arrives. Every news mail has an unsubscribe link. We do not pass on or sell the data.
Who helps?
Mails are sent by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The data is kept in a database on a Hetzner server in Germany.
How long?
Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. A mail to michi.mauch@gmail.com is enough and we delete your address completely.
Anything else?
Game progress and high scores are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never leave it.
